Loch Mhor
So they found human remains on the Salisbury Craggs on Friday.
From my window (which overlooks Holyrood Park) I can see the cops and the MoD conducting their investigation.
Never a dull moment in Edinburgh.
Paris!
Which is awesome because I’ve never actually been. And it will give me a terrifying new platform on which to practice my incredibly shaky beginner French skills. I wonder if this will be one of those things where I fall in love and end up trying to move there.
I also booked flights to LA for April, which I am incredibly excited for. I have some really close friends in southern California that came to Edinburgh last year, and all of whom I’ve been promising to visit for quite a while now. I’m also fulfilling the dream of a lifetime and heading off to Coachella with another old friend who now lives in Boston.
I’m so excited! And completely bowled over by the generosity of my friends in Paris and San Diego, who immediately offered me free accommodation when I told them I was coming. My friend in Paris is a girl I met whilst travelling in Berlin. We were only there for a week, but it’s one of those things where you forge a close friendship in a short amount of time because you know you’re not in the same place for long. Just goes to show the invaluable people you meet in new places.
In other news, my bank account is crying.
